Ingredients :
- Garlic Pods: Crushed, 3-4
- Cumin Powder: 1/2 tea spoon
- Coriander Powder: 1/2 tea spoon
- Garlic Powder: 1 teaspoon
- Onion Powder: 1 teaspoon
- Paprika Powder: 1/2 teaspoon
- Sugar: 1/4th tea spoon
- Salt: To taste
- Olive Oil: 2 teaspoon
- Hung Curd: 1/4th cup
- Cream cheese: 1/4th cup
- Oregano: 1/4th teaspoon
- Chilli Flake: 1/2 teaspoon
Method to make Peri-Peri Garlic Dip:
- Take a bowl and mix all the dry ingredients together
- Add the crushed garlic pods to the mix
- Now add the cream cheese and whisk it until its lump free
- Add in the hung curd. Alternatively you can use plain yogurt here as well
- Top it with olive oil and mix with light hands
- Serve chilled with Nacho Chips

Tips:
- The ingredients quantity shared here makes a mild flavoured dip. For strong flavor, increase the amount of coriander powder and cumin powder by 1 tea spoon. Also you can add more crushed garlic
- If you are looking for a light flavoured dip, you can avoid the garlic powder and reduce the amount of cumin and coriander powder to 3/4th teaspoon
